We ordered about 1,400 square meters of PVC patterned flooring, but out of all of them, 40 square meters were already damaged, many wrinkle and some bubbles. They provided spare rolls, but since we still have to cut through the damaged ones, the spare rolls couldn’t look as seamless, resulting in patchy flooring. We asked for accountability, yet the shop refused to provide for it.
We have raised this issue to the Alibaba team, yet the only solution they could provide to us is a refund for the damaged goods, despite our request for a product replacement. To say that we are deeply disappointed with the shop and Alibaba’s support team is an understatement.
